no one take responsibility

<p>I have a data contract with Telkom, and since day one I have received a tablet there was problems after problems and I had given free sms but when I use them I was charged for them,</p> <p>now the tablet`s selfie camera is not working, I went to telkom shop in Panorama centre, Parow and they refuse to take responsibility, I called Telkom and I was issued with Ref: ********** 3, and no one came back to me, I called again and I was ppromised that someone will call me back, now is 5 days I am waiting, what is the problem with Telkom.</p>
