No one must use telkom! They are *******!!!!!!! Im super tired. So gatvol of chasing after them!

<p>In the past two weeks I have made numerous calls to your call center. Apparently my account has now been written off since the 9th OF DECEMBER after telkom accepted my payment on the 2nd OF DECEMBER. How is the account written off in a week? Furthermore the amount of R4000 that I have paid in the last month has not been deducted from my total bill which MIRACULOUSLY with no explanation still sits at 25900. The call center agent then was kind enough to tell me YOU CAN PAY IT IF YOU WANT BUT WE WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY. She cant tell me where the R4000 went to neither can she tell me why the account is written off. CAN THIS BE FIXED ASAP because I am not very tired of chasing telkom to no avail! If </p>
