No one knows whe the service will be restored
I have logged a call with Telkom on their website (reference 353CRZ281215) however when i called Telkom's call centre i was advised no one knows whe the service will be restored.<br> <br> Seriously??? I pay my bills every month on time and i still get charged for a service that does not work. Please can you advise when will my service be restored and will i be given a discount for the days I have had no service?
