Hi. To whom it may concern. I have a contract with Telkom. I called in to ask the agent to recharge me. I distinctively asked for free me boast for R99 and I was loaded with something completely different. The recording between me and the agent is proof of what I asked for. I called in to be assisted by the "team leaders" but either they are in a meeting or not available. In this situation Hello peter what do I do?

I'm really disappointed because this is a service I'm paying for every month end and trust you me Telkom will not miss an opportunity to not debit me month end.
