No one ever helps!

Apparently we could sign up for future hood in our area on the website, so we did a week ago!<br> <br> According to the website someone will contact you to arrange the contract, no one has contacted us yet.<br> <br> We have called (Waited for 2 hours for someone to answer) then we were told to go to the store they will help us, we went to the store in Greenstone, no one could help as they were afraid it would duplicate the contract. <br> <br> No one can give us a number to call or help in any way... Telkom ! Really, why monopolize the market but you can't deliver??
