NO ONE COMES BACK TO YOU!

My internet has been suspended without any notice - I call 10210 you are only able to talk to an automated voice, which tells you that you can either email [Email Removed] or you can go to a branch. So today on the 27 - 03 -2015 I went to a branch sat at a telephone and spoke to someone who said sorry I cannot help you you need to email,( which you should be able to do at your house petrol is expensive now days) , which I had already emailed on the 24 -03 -2015 but had not had a response so that is the reason why I went into a store. Where is the customer service???
