No one can give me a deal advertised!!

[URL Removed]<br> <br> The above link refers to a deal on the Telkom mobile website which I want to take up.<br> I visited a store in Durban, where the assistants were not aware of the deal and said it is an online only promotion. The website has been faulty all week but after 7 attempts I managed to PLACE AN ORDER for this deal. Once done, it was said that an agent will contact me. Unfortunately I had to also include my banking details for billing and I am sure I will start getting debited soon although I have received nothing!<br> <br> Being 2 days since not hearing anything, I called 10213 on 28/01 at 10am. The first 2 times I called I waited over 20mins each time but got cut off when it finally went through. The 3rd time I waited another 25mins before being attended to by Thandeka. This was approx 11:05am. She did advise that this is TELKOM ONLINE. I explained to her about the deal and that I wanted it and she said she can see it on the site on her side but can't give it to me. She put me on hold for more than 10 mins to spk to her manager but still could not give me the deal. took my details but no call back yet
