No-one can assist

Phoning a Telkom SA call centre will definitely spoil your day. It is either the person on the other side of the line does not have a clue on how to solve your problem or you will be kept holding. I have been accumulating wi-fi bundles which I, unfortunately, cannot use at home. The only time I am at a Telkom hotspot wanting to use them, no-one knows how to connect. Month after month I have to forfeit them as I cannot get any assistance from the call centre even a Telkom shop/store. What a shame, Telkom please invest in training your call centre personnel
