No one at Telkom knows the product they servicing

This is genuinely the worst service provider. I've had two queries with telkom this year but probably had to call in about 10 times. Simple queries that you'd expect to be FCR. No one ever seems to know the correct answer because with every call there's a different answer, this company does not know anything about customer service, the consultants in front servicing and other departments know nothing, the team leaders are equally *********** including in store staff. Why does everyone have a different answer for the same question???? . I hate that I need to continue using telkom as a service provider cause of the contracts I have with them. This business takes people for a ride. It's disgusting
