No one answers a telephone !

I am struggling to get hold of Telkom for the last 3 months! I have a problem with my phone account!!!!! When you go to there shop in N1 City I were told to call 10210. They cannot assist at all with telephone accounts. One month I did not receive a statement so I asked them to assist me please, to pay my account. They said no, just phone 10210. After 3 hours waiting on the phone for someone to answer, no one answer. i tried a few days the same story, how must we fix anything if they don`t want to answer? If Telkom is so busy, why don`t they get more operators to answer their phones? I even send an sms to 30591, guess what, after weeks no one came back to me.<br> Why do they have a walk in branch in N1 city if they can never assist you with anything? I were there more than once for different enquieries but not once they were able to assist me. I feel this is a disgrace.
