NO ONE ANSWERING CALLS!!!

Absolutely horrified and unhappy by the poor service delivery from Telkom. I have called 10213 to check the status of my mobile order, But no one has answered in over 3 hours now I have been holding on for over 2 hours straight, then called back after 30 minutes Whats the deal? Why isn't anybody answering calls in that department? I got through to the business department and they just keep transferring me and also to no avail. And don't give me that \we are experiencing high call volumes"or \""planned industrial action\"" ****. That is totally unacceptable!"""
