No, No, Telkom

Asked Telkom at Mall of the South to ensure my ADSL was cancelled. Instead, they cancelled my landline. After many months of telephone calls and visits, and many unfulfilled promises, I was told by Telkom that "there is no infrastructure in my area" ....this, after I had had the landline for at least thirty-five years. I gave up.
