No No service

We having an problem now with the land line and WIFI for a few months and no one is coming back to us. We are phoning each and everyday, logging complaints no one is coming back to us. We cannot use our services at all its down and we are paying each month. Every time they just say they gave it over to the technitians and no reply. Please please sort this out and when we want to cancel we need to pay a fee. We are fedup with them now. The land line number is ***. excelation number: 809757.
