No New Phones for Existing Clients?

Not a complaint per say. I Pre-ordered a Galaxy S7 with the Gear VR online, I got a call from the sales team saying that the pre-orders are just for new clients on the website and I was just looking to upgrade, I was referred to a store. In the store (The Glen) they didnt know if/how to place the order for me because the stock isnt available and wont be available because \The store always get stock late\". Still waiting for the manager to call me back... <br> To try and get some clarity, I called the customer care line and after explaining everyting to a consultant, he said that he would call me back after consulting with sales... Also still waiting...<br> I would like to know, is it possible for a client due for upgrade can order and collect the Galaxy S7 as per the promotion on the website and what the process is to make that happen, and what are the timelines of stock arrival at stores because the lack of feedback is a bit annoying..."
