No New Business required by Telkom

<p>So since November last year I've been trying to apply for the uncapped 10mb adsl internet package from Telkom. After about a week I got a promotional code (not really worth anything) after which Telkom contacted me once, where speed checks for my area was done and found to be up to standard for the product I'm requesting.</p> <p>So during December after never hearing from Telkom again, I drove 70km to my nearest Telkom Shop (because they decided to close the in my Town) where I stood for almost a hour in the queue just to be helped by some useless Telkom Employee saying that they can't help.</p> <p>If you guys are actually intrested in doing business then you sure have a **** way of doing it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
