No networking on fiber

I installed fiber on the 15th of April 2022, electricity went off while they were still busy. The guy said he'll come bck never did. Came bck on the second day after multiple calls. Now it doesn't have network, since installation it only worked for one day. Made a call to be assisted, the lady who was helping me said she'll get bck to me with what to do next. No one called me until today.
