No Network signal

I'm disgusted by the network signal, load shedding or no load shedding. My internet doesn't work, and poor call quality. I bought all network data bundles valid for 7 days because I couldn't use the Telkom data bundle that I purchased and will be expiring soon, but I'm unable to use it, and you can't even get through the call centre agent. What circus are you guys running?
