NO Network, No incoming or outgoing calls.. No emails no Whatsapp nothing!!!

I have recently ported from MTN to Telkom from the 05/05 2020 not even a month and I'm extremely Angry and disappointed with their network it goes off the whole day , no incoming calls or outgoing calls, I'm missing out on important meetings and calls!!! How does Telkom explain this.. This is ridiculous.. To cut off Network for a full day and consecutive days...I can even call you toll-free or customer service. even when I go online for a call back I cant put in my number I have to put in my landline. I cant go on like this. Please reverse this port. *** is the number . Thank you
