No network, no call, no internet, no nothing

My telkom mobile number does not work I can't receive not make calls, no internet. It's been 2weekd now and I tried to call the help line but no one answers. I pay my monthly bill yet its like I don't have a phone. Telkom does not want to help yet it's easy for them to debit my account at month end. I can't believe that I have mobile contract with them yet my number has no network. I feel lots of people have this issue.
