NO NETWORK FOR A MONTH! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There hasn't been any network coverage in Zamdela (Free State) for the past 3+ weeks. We have been calling almost every day, the *********** and uninterested staff will just advise you to reset your network settings. The whole area (neighbours) is affected!!! When I'm in other areas it works perfectly fine (without the settings reset). The most annoying part is that they never want to listen. The last one I spoke was even chewing gum and she was refusing to login a query. "I can't see which tower your device is connected to" - How can you see it if the tower is affected????

I'm on contract and will be billed for services that I didn't get.
