No network

I am not happy with Telkom at all, I contacted them a year ago about their network in my area, there is no network at all, no 4G, 3G, 2G. I can't even make a phone call. Please help us out we are struggling here, my brother is visiting, he app**** for the R99 10GB product now he can't do anything with it.
