No network coverage where i am, but no help from Telkom

Actually Im beyond angry, i have contacted telkom from January because the rooter i have has no signal, im always told they are sending someone which never came, i decided to cancel it two months ago, nothing happened still, IM FOREVER PROMISED THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME BACK BUT NO ONE DOES, THIS COMPANY IS A RIPPING ME OFF, THEY GETTING THEIR MONEY BUT NOT DELIVERING, SOMEONE PLS HELP, I spoke to the following people there that always promise heaven and earth but don't deliver Nokuthula XOLILE ********** 8-‘16/10/2018’
