No network coverage, No answer and No Account Statements!!!!

I have spend so much money investing in Telkom data sim cards because i work from home. i have to say the Network coverage my area has never been an issue, however the past couple of weeks has been HELL. networks is never available or is continuously dropping, I have to buy data from other networks, spending and additional R29.00 daily on top of the sim cards i am paying Telkom. Your customer service never answers the phone. Yr 2020 was the last time i received any statement from you
