No Network Coverage

Hi,

It has been over a month since I haven't had network coverage in Leopards Rest Security Estate which is in Albertsdal Ext 31. Many people in the community using Telkom Mobile including my wife have the same problem. Some community members have called in to the call center and been told they were advised that Telkom isnt aware of such a problem. I called on the 07th of January 2020 and was told the same thing and my case cannot be investigated because to their knowledge I'm the only one with that problem. I was told to put my phone on roaming which didnt solve the problem. I have taken a contract with Telkom Mobile and I think it will be fair to cancel it if I cannot get the service I'm paying for. Please fix this
