No!! Network coverage

I've been struggling with my portalable router, so apparently telkom are moving over to the vodacom towers, so now one doesn't receive 3g,u can only receive lte, its been 4weeks that I can't use my multi sim, have been to number of telkom store so many stories. It saddens me that all stores have different stories, should telkom advice the sales reps or technicians in store of what's happen
