No network completely| no data access | no incoming or outgoing calls

Since yesterday, my sim card lost signal completely. I can't access internet, no sms, no incoming calls or outgoing calls, even emergency calls are not working.

Immediately yesterday I did contact Telkom via Facebook and I promised that they logged a call with Telkom office for assistance but until now I haven't been helped. Until now I don't have network completely.

All I want is my sim card to be working again. I don't know if they disable roaming or enabled it. All I want a help is for my sim card to work for data and calls .
