No network, can't make outgoing call, NO SERVICE! CLOSE DOWN TELKOM

IF U ARE PLANNING TO TAKE UP A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM DON'T U DARE! I've spoken to numerous consultants Elzan at Garden Route Mall telkom and to cancel my contract and change it to prepaid hence I am done with my 24 months on the 26 August 2020...Now they have canceled the net work I can't make calls it's been 2days and I can't even use my number or buy airtime since IT SAYS THERE'S NO Network when trying to make calls. Telkom really needs to close down.. U don't even deserve to have 1 star. I want my query sorted out ***3
