No network

I have a contract with Telkom and I ran out of data since, I'm working from home it gets finished fast, so last week i loaded 20gig day and 20 night, but haven't been able to use it as it keeps saying either i don't have data or network but I have both, I can't even make calls to the call center to get assistance. This is really frustrating as i don't have such issues with my other contract, I have settled my account and dont deserve this **** service.
