No Network
Telkom doesn't Wana fix our Network Tower in our area in SOWETO Tladi. It is now 5 months waiting without internet connectivity. And I pay lots of money which is R1000 every month. I've been sending Emails and contacting them but still no help. I have reference number: ***
Seems as telkom is ignoring our calls

08 Mar 2021, 15:42Dear Telkom. When will you fix our Network Tower. Its been 8 Months waiting. I have tried contacting you guys from Twitter and Facebook. No one wants to attend my case. Technicians are not doing anything. I can't afford to buy Data from other service providers to stay connected. While I'm paying R1007 per month without internet. May this issue be solved soon as possible in soweto - Tladi.
