NO Network

<p>I battle now twice to get this contract upgraded. I’m situated in Thabazimbi and have each time to travel around 200km plus to get to the nearest Telkom store to assist me with upgrade each time no luck as the system can’t process the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I make decision to switch from Contract to Prepaid and keep the number and buy my own phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 4/7/17 it was process but instead off switch to prepaid they cut my line and I’m off the network.</p> <p> I’m battle now week and a ½ but no luck to get phone back on the network on prepaid.</p> <p> I phone last week Wednesday evening 19h15 and was promise to be back on within 45minutes</p> <p>I chat with consultants few times I got two case numbers ********** 6/ ********** 5 but till date no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just chat now with Phindile Fakude which instruct me to go to my nearest Telkom store which are located 200km from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can Telkom assist me to keep this number or must I just accept and get new sim from other network and forget about Telkom once and for all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m not prepare to wait a day longer without communication.</p> <p> If Telkom not get this problem sorted by end of business day I will switch network.</p>
