No network

I switch to Telekom mobile 2 yrs back I was happy with service nd but since 27 July 2020 I cannot connect to internet even when I make phone calls I struggle I've been phonon Telekom customer care since they promise to check on my network but with no success my number is *** I can't carry on like this I can't access internet and my data will expire without using it.
