No network

So i tried to port my Cell C number to Telkom, i went to the store and did what i had to do then i waited for 2weeks only to find out the agent that assisted me forgot to do something so the port did not happen, mind you i have been call every 3 day asking about the process and EVERY agent i spoke to told me all is in progress until i went to the shop to find out NOOOO nothing is happening, EVENTUALLY the port happens BUT wait for it my Cell C Sim loses network I'm thinking OKAY i have ported NOOOOO the Telkom Sim I have been give also has no network so I'm sitting here phone-less and once again when i call I'm told all is in progress, HOW can all be in progress if i do not have network on my old network or telkom, and i was told this whole process will take 24-48 hours but 3 weeks later still nothing AND now to top it off my Cell C sim also now has no network.
