no Mo'NICE... dont qualify yet... (utter BS)

I recently ported my no. cell c and ported my number back.... ALL GOOD, however - now I'm not able to access Mo'Nice offers. When I queried this I was told that you cant access Mo'Nice imm (as it needs to monitor your usage before it is avail).

That is understandable!

But it's been a while ... And to top it all - my mum activated a new number recently (no offers avail) - after a R5 recharge – within hours there option is avail. Why dont I have the option yet.
