No mobile network service

For the last 2 weeks we have limited service on x4 different prepaid cellphones. Apparently Telkom is switching to Vodacom as roaming partner, however, we have no service at all ..... no contact with call centre, no emergency calls possible. The service off during the night & sometimes for awhile @ 8am ..... up to now ZERO network service.
