No mobile internet, and no-one cares at Telkom

4 days ago Telkom mobile internet went down in my area. I spent half a day trying to report this. I have since received an email stating that the issue has been resolved and wanting my feedback. BUT the issue has not been resolved; there's no Telkom service here and I rely on it for work.
