No MEANS NO!!!!
Telkom is doing Fibre optic upgrades on our street and we have a Telkom Pole in our yard. i spoke to Rian and said that he can gain access and do the work, no problem, WHEN I WAS HOME! sitting at work today and my electric fence keeps going off... They took it upon themselves to work over and THROUGH my electric fencing since i was not there. Needless to say that ANY damages to my electric fencing will be sent to Telkom for compensation due to their IDIOTIC staff/ Third party employees.
