No material for phone lines
I message on behalf of my parents and their problem with telkom. It's been weeks that their phone line is not working, no calls are going through onto their side and they are unable to make any calls. They are elderly and rely on a landline. When they log a complaint they are told there is no material for repairs. This is inconsiderate of elder people. In a case of emergency , what will they do? Please sort out this issue

01 Jan 2018, 20:22The fault still exists , if you dial the number it rings, however the a actual telephone on their side does not ring, and they are unable to make calls. Also, a refund on the months that the line has not been working needs to be implemented. My dad has made sure he has made payment to avoid being charged interest, but it makes no sense to be charged for a line that is not working.
