<p>I orderd app**** online for a mobile phone contract. The we went through everything telephonically on that afternoon the 24th Jan. The lady told me that a debit order will go off and within 7 working days my phone will be delivered. The debit order went off on the 27th. Today I phoned to get a tracking number to follow my delivery, the lady whom i spoke to told me there is a problem with this specific phone and they have stopped all orders from going out when I asked her why I did not receive an sms she simply told me this was by the 27th, I told her but I ordered the 24th, she then said sorry she means the 17th.. How could they let me order something that has problems. she then said she was going to find out for me and put me on hold till my airtime ran out. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS????</p> <p>Please just help me resolve the issue so I can get my mobile phone or we can cancel this contract, I get my money back and we move on.</p>
So.... 6 days, another 2 different stories(lies), a refference number that doesn't work and many headaches later. I still know nothing and no one has even tried helping me.
I'm cancelling my order and I want my money back. NEVER AGAIN.
The sales team is very nice and helpfull whilst you apply but when you actually have to get your product they just know nothing...

Good day Busi, so its been 5 months since I cancelled my order and promises were made that my money will be deposited back into my account. Guess what?? I havent received or heard anything from Telkom. Nothing. Nada. Silch.
