No LTE signal for 6 months

<p>Good Day, I have not had Telkom LTE signal for the last 6 months yet I have been paying the R799 every month religiously. When I follow up on my fault, I just get notified that the fault has been escalted but still no communication or resolution. PLease contact me urgently to address. ********** .</p>
