No LTE signal and no help

My LTE internet has been off for more than 2 weeks now. I have phoned numerous times to get them to have a look at the signal in the area wich is gone all of a sudden.

Up to date they havn't told me when they will come look at the problem. Paying R450 a month and then you sit half a month with no service.
