No LTE antennas for a new offer
<p>hellkom has done it again. I signed up for the new "amazing" broadband LTE uncapped, going at 799 a month on the 2nd of July.</p> <p> </p> <p>My area is covered and I signed up as usual, of course the sales staff failed to mention they didn't have antennas but hey you guys don't know what customer service is so I wasn't surprised. </p> <p> </p> <p>We now sit 3 weeks later and all they can say is "we don't have stock nationwide". </p> <p> </p> <p>The only thing left to say is don't offer a product if you don't have the hardware to go with it. It's not that hard. </p> <p>P.s when you paste your usual standard comment below maybe take a second to give a @ ********** <p> </p>
Wow, so this issue is getting out of control now.
So had Hellkom on the mine for 30 minutes after which the following has come to light:
1. My sim has been cancelled (no internet for me)
2. Indeed the unlimited smart broadband has been activated on my account
Why this is a problem for me:
1. I don't have the new unlimited smart broadband router or antenna (waiting forever for it)
2. The aim is apparently supposed to not be upgraded but rather activate a new one.
the end seems far...
Wow, so this issue is getting out of control now.

Okay so today I went into the Telkom store all guns blazing, only to be told they are having a strike.
But nonetheless it must be mentioned a staff member perhaps the manager named Mbali C was very helpful (although she had to deal with a crazy women screaming at another sales staff member)
So I do have the router now, lets see if it actually works.
