No loyalty whatsoever

I really cannot believe Telkom, I have had a contract with them for almost 2 years now and my contract amount was R140 per month. I just checked my statement and I have been charged R242 for a debit order that was returned unpaid. Nobody from Telkom contacted me to notify about the bounced debit and I made a payment to them as soon as I picked up the payment didn't go through on top of that they made multiple attempts on my account, now I have to pay my bank for those aswell. I am so disgusted with their customer service. Just don't want to deal with them anymore
