No Lit box, WiFi extender or SIM card

So the technicians came in to install my ADSL line and first they did not even have a router with them! Somehow one of the techs goes for a drive and picks up a modem but still no WiFi extender, lit box or my SIM as promised by Telkom. Why sign people up for these deals if you can't deliver? ? We were never told that there's no stock when we signed up for the contract. Telkom is very fast to sign you up but once that's done they will never liaise with you. I expect my un delivered items asap!
