No LIT box or SIM provided as advertised in ADSL package!

Telkom installed my ADSL line 13 Dec 2017 (after 22 days of waiting for service....) The technician only gave me the D-Link modem, and not the LIT box or the SIM as they advertised. I never signed for the modem, so how do I know or Telkom know that product package was fully delivered? When do I get the LIT box and SIM? And how is the SIM loaded with the promised 1GB data?
