No Line for Months. Been waiting to long!

We Phoned Telkom around August/September 2017 asking them to please put in a phone line for us as we want to have wi-fi in our home. They came once and started working and once he was done on that they, the technician told us that there is a problem with the line in the box at the corner of the street. since then we are trying to phone telkom but every time they just told us that they will report it to the correct people and the last time i was on hold for more that 30 min and eventually the phone on their side just died so i really gave up. so its been more that 5 months now and still i have no phone line or internet and is still waiting for telkom to eventually fix it.
