NO LETTER OF SETTLEMENT FROM TELKOM RECEIVED AS PROMISED.

My contract has been settled,I have been calling Telkom call center to send me a letter of settlement confirming the contract has been cancelled,because there are other amounts reflecting on ITC in my name,their agents keep on informing me it has been escalated...such a horrible service with unprofessional people
