No landline since Tuesday for a 96 year old, shame on you.

I have a 96 year old mother in law whose dead landline was reported on Tuesday (Ref ********** 3/ Escalation number ********** ). After repeated daily calls Telkom will not give a worst case date on having this fixed. I so wish I could have a positive story to tell.
