No landline service for almost 1 month
<p>Telkom advises my phone query has been handled - It hasn't - no landline since 18 July 2017 = Totally inacceptable - 1st Ref: 73CRZ180717, 2nd Ref 31CRZ070817 - who is checking that your technicians are actually correct when they say a fault has been repaired and it hasn't??? </p>
