No landline or WiFi for weeks
We have the R599 deal- unlimited WiFi with the landline installation,taken out in April didn't work until June/July.Right now we have logged 6 complains as the WiFi has not worked AT ALL for weeks as well as the landline,we now have another ladies prepaid contract switched to us,all her calls are coming to our landline!!this needs to be sorted out immediately.How can I run my business from home without Internet?!Telkom has the audacity to bill us R2000 when the WiFi hasn't worked 70% of the time??This is absolutely ridiculous

06 Nov 2017, 10:05Interested to know how we are expected to pay the monthly bill of R2000 when the service hasn't been provided for the month?No WiFi no landline due to the damaged cables,isn't that unfair?as we've lost out on money from not being able to run a business due to this but we are still expected to make this payment.
