No Landline or Wifi for over a month

<p>Damaged phone line not repaired, leaving my mom without landline and wifi for over a month. She has called Telkom dozens of times but the pole is in private property and they come out and do nothing cause of access. She called again after 4 weeks to be told"closed the case". She is being charged for services not provided and talking to call centres is going nowhere. </p> <p>Telkom are not giving any assurance that this will be fixed</p>
